There is no upfront fee.

Our service fee is 10% of the talent’s first-year guaranteed salary and is charged only upon a successful hire. This ensures transparency and fairness — and remains significantly lower than the typical 20–35% charged by traditional recruiting agencies.

Are there any upfront costs to hire an AI Artist or Filmmaker through Promptwell's & Co.?

There are no upfront costs. Companies are charged only when the talent is successfully hired.

If we hire an AI Artist or Filmmaker through Promptwell's & Co., does the company pay any portion of their salary to Promptwell's & Co.?

There are no hidden costs, and the AI Artist receives their full salary. Promptwell's & Co. does not take any portion of the artist’s earnings—our fee is only charged to the hiring company upon a successful placement.
